Ok, this is just at the "kicking it around" stage, but some dancers have suggested to me that a web site for hiring D/FW bellydancers/troupes for events is something our community needs/desires. I used to be a web site designer, so I think I could handle this project. I haven't considered the yearly/monthly fee (which would be nominal, of course). The site would basically be a database of dancers/ troupes in the community available for special events. Each dancer/ troupe would have the following posted about her/it:
1. pic(s)
2. bio
3. contact info
4. availability
5. pricing (if you want this published. If not, the interested party would have to contact you).
6. web site ( if applicable)
Is anyone interested in this kind of thing?
